Can some explain plain how to do part D. I understand all but part D. I know that you take 3.14 x 10 to the power of 2. Which gives me 78.5. But This is divider by 4 and don’t understand how they got the 4. Please explain

So part D is basically 1/4 of a huge circle with the radius of 10. I attached a picture to help you visualize it! You calculate the area of the circle using [tex] A = \pi r^{2} = \pi 10^{2} = 314[/tex]. Then divide by 4 to get D.
