B. Urban Renewal
The urban renewal was one of many government programs created by Kennedy during his New Frontier Plan. Urban renewal is basically a renovation or transformation of a city. In 1961, Kennedy passes a Housing Act that provides $4.9 billion for urban renewal. Hope this helps!
