In order for staffs to efficiently understand what the
business deliberates to be ethical practices, it has to be connected efficiently
to employees. Ethical behavior should be conversed daily to employees and that comprises
knowing employees who have represented in an ethical manner. This not only
gives admiration to those employees for a job well done, it helps to set moral
standards for other employees in the business.
