THE CRISIS
The original full title of the magazine was, THE CRISIS: A Record of the Darker Races. The magazine was founded by W.E.B. Du Bois in 1910. Now simply known as The Crisis, the current quarterly journal continues as the official magazine of the National Association of Colored People (NAACP). It is the longest-running publication in the world by and for the black community.
