It is often easier to start a fitness program than it is to maintain one because you never knew it would be a lot of work to do that you actually didn't do before. Fitness starts with a motivation and it really needs hard work to achive it. Maintaining it is harder because of the struggles we encounter while doing it.

When you start a fitness program you are more motivated, you want to achieve your goals.Sometime achieving your goals may take time and this may affect your motivation, as you don't see the results as fast as you want. you lose your motivation and become more exhausted that's why it's easier to start fitness program than to maintain it.
