The sentence is a direct quotation
Some online communities utilize software that makes it
easier to find research resources (Timmons, 2012, p.16).
However there are no commas, but basing on the reference
in the parenthesis, when you directly quote a sentence verbatim, you should put
the surname of the author, date and page. The purpose of this is to respect the
researcher and of course guide the audience on where to look specifically on
the source of the quote.
