It safe to say that Wealthy white Men was the only group that enjoy the full american liberty by the year of 1900s. During that time, united states government still segregate the treatment between White skinned civilians, the blacks and other minorities such as the chinese immigrants and native Americans. For example, they were denied a fair price for their labor and forced to work under extreme and dangerous situations. Opporunity for women in this era were also limited because they were not allowed to held important occupations such as doctors or lawyers
