First you have to go to the doctor then the doctor will transport you to a training place when it will help u get better at which every got injured.You have to pay for it or if you got in e wreck the other person has to pay for it and if your injured at a store the store insurance will pay for it or u can sew their insurance.You can call u just will need ur social security number
