If you really meant that the height is x^2, then the area of the base is 

15x^2 + x + 2
------------------ .
         x^2

If you perform this division, you'll obtain 15 + (x+2)/(x^2).

So, again, verify your representation of the height of the prism.

It'd be good to have the multiple choice solutions to look at because it could be simplified.
          
Bx^2  = 15x^2 + x + 2
B = (15x^2 + x + 2) / x^2 
or simplified like this
B = 15x^2/x^2 + x/x^2 + 2/x^2
B = 15 + 1/x + 2/x^2
