Cellulose is not a source of nutrients for humans because HUMANS CAN NOT DIGEST IT.
Cellulose is made up of beta acetal linkages chemical bonds, these chemical bonds can only be broken by a specific enzyme and humans do not have these enzymes, thus, cellulose can not be digested by humans.
