The example of the characteristic of a servant leader that
the leader is demonstrating above is stewardship. A leader who possess
stewardship is likely to be a person who leads his or her people with trust in
a way that he or she trust the people around him or her by this way, it may
establish unity and strong communication among the group. And as he or she has
trust, he or she is dependent on doing his or her responsibility as a leader.
