HELP ASAP!:) PLZZ I'M SUPER CONFUSED:/

A. discuss.
B. sharply.
C. different.
D. refused.

The one that makes the most sense to me would be "sharply" because you would have to really understand it  to get the context.

The answer would be sharply because you have to read and understand it.
