Not sure what shape it is, but you will need to find a common denominator of the fractions to add the side lengths. You can multiply the numerator and denominator (top and bottom) of 1/3 by 2 to make it into sixths to be 2/6.
To find perimeter, you add the values of all the side lengths together.
