Debra purchased a prepaid phone card for $25 . Long distance calls cost 19 cents a minute using this card. Debra used her card only once to make a long distance call. If the remaining credit on her card is $21.58 , how many minutes did her call last?

We can take the equation,
0.19x + 21.58 = 25
0.19x = 25 - 21.58
0.19x = 3.42
x = 3.42/0.19
x = 18

The answer is 18 minutes!
