 First, convert pounds to ounces

1 pounds = 16 ounces
2 pounds = 32 ounces 

Roast Beef    16 ounces + 11 ounces =  27 ounces
Corned Beef   32 ounces + 5 ounces =  37 ounces

37 - 27 = 10 ounces
