Im not sure about this one but I think it would be a histogram because,
It shows the frequency of each student by showing how much or how high each student got on their quiz. On the left side going up and down is the frequency.
Part B: On bottom put the ranges of points like 0-10 11-20. <<Ex
Then, on the side, put the # of students!
Then draw the bars according to the data set.
