Everyday life has conflicts between the two generations, but these are always much more prominent in China. The parents' traditionalist views, which frequently clash with those of the kids in areas like religion and other household practices, will most likely be held by the parents.

My parents initially wanted me to keep up with the faith of their ancestors, therefore I went through this experience when I started attending university. This clearly indicated that I was dealing with an internal conflict and predicament since I had been having concerns about my faith and my life for a while and could not bring myself to accept that this was how life was typically perceived by others.
