are x values of the zeros of the polinomial. In this case:

[tex]f(x)=(x-1)(x-7)[/tex]

Thus, x = 1 and x = 7 are zeros of the function.

Since in the zeros the y coordinate is y = 0, then:

Zeros:

(1, 0)

(7, 0)
