Both bacterial cells and eukaryotic cells have the following structures with tha same name and function but different molecular composition:
Cell membrane: the bacteria cell wall is composed of peptidoglycans which are sugars and amino acids, while the eucaryotic cells have a cell wall composed primarily of cellulose.
Ribosomes: the bacterial ribosomes are made of 60% rRNA and 40% ribosomal proteins while the eukaryotic ribosomes are made of 40% rRNA and 60% ribosomal proteins.
Cytoplasm: the bacteria cell lacks a nucleus and therefore the cytoplasm is everything found inside the plasm membrane, while in the eukaruotic cell the cytoplasm is everything between the plasma membrane and the nuclear envelope.
