we have

total scrolls------> 300

unreadable=65%-------> 0.65*300=195 scrolls

remaining=300-195=105 scrolls------> possible to read a part

Find out 20% of 105 scrolls

so

0.20*105=21 scrolls

therefore

answer is 21 scrolls
