What is even and composite numbers ?
Composite numbers
Composite numbers are numbers with more than two factors. Numbers can be classified on the basis of the number of factors that they have.
Examples of Composite Numbers
4, 6, 8, 9, and 10 are the first few composite numbers. Let us take 4 and 6. In the above example, 4 and 6 are called composite numbers because they are made by combining other numbers.
Even numbers
Even numbers are Integers which are divisible by 2 are known as even numbers. In other words, numbers whose unit place is 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 are divisible by 2 and such numbers are even numbers. Even numbers leave no remainder (i.e. remainder is 0) when divided by 2.
