Sara walks across a rug on the floor when the doorbell rings. She opens a door and gets a shock. What type of charge will Sara have after the shock? Explain how you know in 1-2 sentences.

Sara will have electrostatic charge.

The reason is that charged particles moved from the rug and her, since the rug will have a charge due to a lot reasons it could have an electrostatic charge. But, this charge is partly tranfered when she entered in contact with the rug.
