I fugured out thst right is 3 and 4 up but I cant figure out the rest

The transformation given is translation, this one takes the original points 3 units to the left (since the sign on x is negative) and 4 units up.
The coordinates of the original points are R(-1,0), S(1,1) and T(1,-3), hence the new coordinates are:
