Given the function:

[tex]f\left(t\right)=e^{0.4t}[/tex]

For t = -4,

[tex]f\left(t\right)=e^{0.4(-4)}=e^{-1.6}=0.2[/tex]

For t = -2,

[tex]f(t)=e^{0.4(-2)}=e^{-0.8}=0.4[/tex]

For t = 0,

[tex]f(t)=e^{0.4(0)}=e^0=1[/tex]

For t = 2;

[tex]f(t)=e^{0.4(2)}=e^{0.8}=2.2[/tex]

For t = 4,

[tex]f(t)=e^{0.4(4)}=e^{1.6}=5[/tex]

Then we graph the points

(-4,0.2) (-2, 0.4) (0,1) (2, 2.2) and (4,5)

and we get the graph:
