Divisor = D

Dividend = E

Find if N < D

E/D = 10N + X

For example if

Dividend 21 = 10•2 + 1

divisor 5

quotient= 10•0 + 4

We see quotient is 4 ,has no zero ,in the tens digit

Then Gracie is wrong
