We know that a triangle has three sides
Let these sides be a,b,c and let c be the longest side.
Then we can classify a triangle as acute, obtuse or right on the basis of following results:-
1. Acute triangle
If
[tex]c^2then the trianlge is acute.2. Obtuse triangle
If
[tex]c^2>a^2+b^2[/tex]then the triangle is obtuse.
3. Right triangle
If
[tex]c^2=a^2+b^2[/tex]then the trriangle is right angle triangle.
