In Algebra 1, we learned that f(t)=abt is an exponential function. Create a table of values to graph each exponential function below.

To find the outputs of the function, replace each value of t in the equation
For the first function
[tex]\begin{gathered} g(-1)=3\cdot(2)^{-1}=\frac{3}{2} \\ g(0)=3\cdot(2)^0=3 \\ g(1)=3\cdot(2)^1=6 \\ g(2)=3\cdot(2)^2=12 \end{gathered}[/tex]The values of g(t) are the ones above (3/2, 3, 6, 12)
For the second function
[tex]\begin{gathered} d(-2)=3\cdot(2)^{-(-2)}=12 \\ d(-1)=3\cdot(2)^{-(-1)}=6 \\ d(0)=3\cdot(2)^{-0}=3 \\ d(1)=3\cdot(2)^{-1}=\frac{3}{2} \end{gathered}[/tex]
