this is one of my homework questions, please help me work through it if you can :)

1) Note that we'll make use of the following formulas:

2) Now the angle theta:
[tex]\tan (\theta)=\frac{y}{x}=\frac{0}{3}=Undefined[/tex]Since this is undefined, we can state that
