Given function is

Now, if we shift the graph 2 units right, the function will be
[tex]\begin{gathered} F(x)=f(x-2) \\ =\sqrt[]{x-2} \end{gathered}[/tex]
Now, again if we shift the graph 4 units up, the equation will be
[tex]\begin{gathered} g(x)=F(x)+4 \\ =4+\sqrt[]{x-2} \end{gathered}[/tex]
