1. Murderers/Criminals come in all shapes and sizes. You can be the strongest body builder in the word and still get shot and killed.

2. Cereal killers do not care who they hurt most of the time. They're psychopaths, who only care that the hurt someone. This is not always the case, but it is sometimes.

Sometimes simply for their environment. Men and women of high crime areas which are predominantly in low income communities are prone to experience violence whether they're accidentally hit or are drawn into the realm of violence such as gangs. Also it can be influenced by a persons actions. Nowadays if a person does an unfavorable act such as making a change (MLK Jr) or simply smarting off (average teenager) they're more likely to experience violence.
