here you go. the ones with no have none. the variable is the letters, the constant or the numbers on their own, the number of terms is how many terms are in the equation, the coefficients are the numbers the variables are getting multiplied by. hope this helps, if you have any more questions let me know

Hello!

Let's identify the parts of all the algebraic expressions below.

Please remember that

  • Variables are letters
  • Coefficients are numbers before variables
  • Constants are numbers without any variables
  • A term can be a variable, a constant, or a coefficient and a variable.

#1:

4x+7y+8

Variables: x, y

Coefficients: 4, 7

Constant: 8

Number of Terms: 3

[tex]\rule{300}{1}[/tex]

#2:

Variables: a, b, c

Coefficients: 9, 3

Constants: No constants here!

Number of terms: 3

[tex]\rule{300}{1}[/tex]

#3:

Variables: d, x

Coefficients: 3, 1

Constant: 10

Number of terms: 3

#4:

variables: x, y

coefficients: 2, 6

constant: 2

number of terms: 3

______________________________________

#5:

variables: b, c, d

coefficients: 8, -7, 11

constants: -5

number of terms: 4

________________________

#6:

variables: s, t

coefficients: 18, 2

constant: -8

number of terms: 3

Hope everything is clear.

Let me know if you have any questions!
