Hey! Actually, your first row is the second row. "Il(s)/Elle(s)" is used when referring to people.

The first row is for when you're talking to them directly, so you'll use tu/vous(pluriel)/vous(formal)

1. Vous (formal, as you'll normally won't use "tu" for a "Madame") — Elle

2. Vous (plural) — Elles

3. Tu (informal as he's a friend) — Il

4. Vous (plural) — Ils

5. Vous (formal, as he's a teacher) — Il

6. Tu (informal, cause she's an other student, same age as you) — Elle

7. Vous (formal, an actor is someone you may want to 'respect') — Il

8. Vous (plural) — Ils

Don't hesitate to ask if you don't understand anything!
