Total distance ran by 4 people of a team = 400 yards
Let us assume the distance run by each member = x yards
Then
4x = 400
x = 400/4
x = 100 yards
Total time taken to rum the full distance = 53.2 seconds
Average running time of each person = 53.2/4
                                                            = 13.3 seconds.
