A form of government is the collection of political institutions through which a state's government is formed.
There are 3 forms of government. Judicial, Legislative, and Executive. All of them are branches of government.
Let's start with Judicial. The Judicial branch explains the laws and they see if they oppose the Constitution.
The Legislative Branch is the main person. It declares war, makes all the laws, regulates interstate and to freely travel within the United States, and controls the taxing and spending.
Then finally, the Executive Branch. It enforces the laws and it carries them throughout.
But the most one that's closest to the government are representatives. They represent their states, and they're what's closer to Congress and gets opinions from the public
