Answer:  41.2 grams will remain undissolved

Explanation:  The solubility for the salt is 360 g/liter, or 0.36 g/ml.  (Based on the word "around" which I take as the limit of solubility).

Thus, if we have 580 ml,  (0.36g/ml)*(580ml) = 208.8 grams dissolve.

(250g - 208.8g) = 41.2 grams undissolved.
