The human brain has following main parts:
1. Cerebrum:
It is also called big brain.
It is the centre of intelligence, memory, imagination and emotions.
It is responsible for ordinary senses.

2. Medulla oblongata:
It is the lower most part of the brain.
It receive and integrates signals from spinal cords and sends resulting impulses to the cerebrum and cerebellum.
3. Cerebellum:
It is called as Small brain.
It makes body movement smooth and steady.
It maintains equilibrium and controls the body posture.
