well lets just say that the technology has other people  doing the fitness program as well or even if its one person those who are sel contes about them selvs can still participate but also feel as thought the are particepating as part of a group or you could do a one one one  with someone  and it also helps some people to have the motivation and to have that encouragement from someone else even if that person is not in the same room as them
