A healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Some healthy breakfast options include scrambled eggs and toast. Some healthy lunch options include salads and sandwiches. Some healthy dinner options include soups and rice bowls with different a variety of toppings. Stews and Stir-Frys are also fun and healthy.

Drink lots of water, and stay away from carbonated drinks and unhealthy amounts of fructose/artificial flavors.

2: It is definitely better to sleep the same amount daily. Sleeping in on the weekends is a popular option for some people, but it is healthier to sleep the same amount daily, so that you can feel energized everyday, not just on the weekends.
