Qualitative observations: it is round (spherical), it is orange with black curved lines, it is soft, it is big, it has a rough surface.

Quantittive observations: the diameter is about 12 inches, the circumference is about 36 inches and the surface is about 452 square inches. It weighs 2 pounds.
