Reconsider the causes of World War II described above. What could have been done by the international community to prevent WWII and the rise of Hitler's regime?

Respuesta :

While it may seem that much has been said about World War II and the Holocaust, there is one crucial argument that has been overlooked: this war, which claimed the lives of 60 million people, should have been avoided. Humanity should have avoided the war's horrific tragedy and trauma.

Hitler's aim was apparent from the start: to dominate the whole universe. In the Versailles Treaty of 1919, the Allies dictated the terms of Germany's surrender and prohibited its rearming after defeating Germany in WWI 20 years before. If the Allies had not waited and postponed as Hitler's plans were apparent, they would not have been defeated.
