It is officer discretion on how many over they will stop you, some agencies could have protocols. Technically 1 over is speeding and you can get a ticket for it, but most officers will wait at least till 5 over and up to make a stop.

!!Take note 20 under the speed limit is impeding, also 20 over the speed limit can be reckless driving, or careless driving!!

In snow road conditions it is ideal to travel around 35 MPH, In rain road conditions it is ideal to travel about 45 MPH. !(Which is included on any type of roadway)!
