Maybe because they both have Abrahamic religions and similar religious history. The Torah and Quran are both similar. There’s a lot of history between both Arabs and Jews since bible/Torah/Quran days. Arabs come from Ishmael and Jews come from Abraham, issac and Jacob . (12 tribes)
