Roman law was the basis of modern law in Republican countries such as México or the United States.

4.- Roman numerals.

  • Roman numerals are still in use today for many reasons.

5.- The Roman Senate.

  • Roman Senate was an important political structure that still exists in many legislative branches of government around the world.

6.- Large entertainment buildings/stadiums.

  • The classic example is the Roman Colosseum and the racehorse track. Thousands of Roman people used to attend these major events.

We conclude that the Roman civilization inherited the modern world many concepts and structures which still are applied and admired in today's modern world.
