The point-slope equation for a line of slope m that passes through (x₀,y₀):
y-y₀ = m(x-x₀).
All of the given equations are in this form.
y-2 = -3(x+6)
Slope = -3
(-6,2) is a point on the line.
Do the same for the remaining equations.
