I don't think they can bring the nation together fully, but it's certainly a better chance than when Trump was in office.
Since Biden is seen as the lesser of the 2 evils (him and Trump), there is some hope that the policies he may instate will start the path to bringing the American population back together, but overall I don't think it will happen fully.
