Explanation:
Mussolini had a plan to recreate and establish another Roman empire. Through this plan he attempted to invade other countries. The countries he invaded such as but not all! Greece, Albania, Ethiopia and modern day Libya (Libya was not a recognized country back then but had their own resistance movement). In this League Ethiopia was also a member of the LON Haile Selassie pleaded with the LON to make Italy stop this aggression yet the LON did nothing. They did place petty sanctions but they were not effective enough to force Italy to stop the invasion.
