Can someone lend a hand?
I believe I'm being scammed. I paid the $25 dollar fee and instantly was unable to use the app. When I log out of my account, it works fine. Log back into my paid account and it doesn't work. It will not allow me to use the 'contact us' link. Simply says 'Cannot Process your request'
Is anyone able to send a contact email for me that could direct their attention to my problem, since I am unable to use the contact email and they do not provide a customer service number.

I can't but if you have a phone you could google the app and either find an email addresses you can message or phone numbers you can call. But you totally got scammed if you can't use your app and I feel sorry for you. I hope you get your money back.
