Assuming Beethoven who lived between 1770 and 1827 was alive today, based on what you know about the history of the piano and keyboard instruments, what are some things that you think Beethoven would say is different between the keyboard he played and the modern-day piano? Why?

Answer:

Imagine that you were Beethoven. Everyone looked at tiny screens, people barely talked, boxes on wheels drove people and things everywhere, the music is weird (in his mind, we're thinking in his mind), and you weren't used to it. You look at the "pianos" in the music store and they're smaller and have plug. The sound quality isn't the same, so many sounds are packed in, how it had to be plugged, etc etc. Why? He died in 1827. Last time I checked, phones and digital keyboards weren't in the 1800's.
