I can’t write it however what I would do is that simple. You need a hook, AKA, an attention grabber. Those should be your first or second sentences. Then, in some way, you explain what your going to be talking about the first paragraph. Like so, then you would continue. Once you start it, it should be quite easy to do. Now, this is an application so remember to change it up a bit.
