even though tennis has a bad rep with being a “real sport” i completely disagree. any thing where you are constantly using any muscles could be a good workout. For tennis for example you have to be ready to hit the ball to the other side. that requires good stamina. personally i had a hard time playing wii tennis ! ♀️ ahhahah hope this helps!! ♡
